Mazda Referral Form

The referral benefit of $250 worth of Aftersales credit vouchers will only be awarded to me upon Successful Referral. “Successful Referral” happens upon the registration of a Mazda car purchased from Trans Eurokars Pte Ltd (“Eurokars”) by the friend referred to above (“my friend”) as a result of this referral. I agree that there is no Successful Referral if my friend visits a Mazda showroom or makes an appointment with a Eurokars sales consultant or otherwise purchases a Mazda car prior to this referral being submitted and processed.

I hereby represent and warrant that I have obtained the consent of my friend to disclose his or her personal data to Eurokars in order for Eurokars to (a) contact my friend in relation to this referral (including to arrange for an appointment), and (b) send my friend marketing and promotional material about products and services, benefits, promotions and rewards or to identify products and services which may be relevant to him/her.
